Nathaniel Eaton

Typically I find myself curbing the amount of beer I bring into work but apparently some locations frown upon not supplying enough. Nathaniel Eaton was president of Harvard University in 1639.

Back then, in the good ol’ days, Harvard had a brewery on campus and was responsible for making sure the students had enough beer to drink. Well Mr. Eaton may have been a little lack in his judgement for the amount a university student could drink.

So when he didn’t supply enough brew he was given the axe for it. Oh how the times have changed where you’re more likely to loose privileges or kicked off campus for bonging a beer.
