My name is Frank. I like Beer. I like Wine. I like Cider.

I’m also a big fan of making it myself. In an effort to help my mind balls remember the little bits I learn each day I’m dedicating some time to creating a post to something I find interesting. You may or may not find it useful.

At the very least I hope you can enjoy a drink and either learn something, spark a conversation or make a recommendation for improvements to my blog. I’m always interested in learning something new when it comes to brewing.
